nanniweb.com is the personal site of Giovanni Ponchietti. It covers his professional software development work, the novel The Shipwreck of Shan / Il Naufragio di Shan, and the software services around the MyShop product.
All text, images and content on this site belong to the author unless stated otherwise. They may not be reproduced without written permission.
Prices in the shop are in Euro (€) and include VAT where it applies. Payment is by PayPal, credit card (Stripe) or bank transfer. An order counts as confirmed once payment has been received.
For payment by bank transfer, the order is fulfilled once the funds arrive, which can take 2–3 working days.
Printed books — sent by ordinary post or courier to the address given with the order. Delivery times depend on the destination. The copy will be signed by the author.
Software and services — delivered by email or remote access, within the time agreed with the customer. There is no physical delivery.
For printed books, a consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the Consumer Code). Return postage is at the buyer's expense unless agreed otherwise.
For custom software services, the right of withdrawal ends once work on the service has begun at the customer's express request.
The owner is not liable for interruptions of service caused by technical matters outside his control. The information on this site is given for guidance and may change at any time without notice.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls to the Court of Tempio Pausania, Italy.
